素材の個性を十分に引き出していると思う。
特に印象に残ったのは「あまおう」「メロン」「ピスタチオ」「八女抹茶」の4つである。
いちごの手作りアイスってだいたいわたしには酸っぱいのだが、こちらのはちゃんとした甘みがあり、いちごの味もしっかりある。
どのフレーバーも素材の味がしっかりしていて甘味のバランスが良い。
再訪したいお店である。
