「いっしーの孤独のグルメ」
ここ数日ポタリングにピッタリの季節になってきたね。
ってなわけで近所をぶらぶら…気になっていた
『vegewest Cafe & WineBar』
でLunch。
八百屋さんがやっているカフェ…ってことでLunchはこだわりの野菜料理、夜には世界26カ国・120種類ものワインを取り揃えたワインバーになるお店なんですね。
orderしたのは無添加カレー(1,500円)
ガーリックシュリンプか、レモンクリームチキンかを選べてガーリックシュリンプをチョイス。
まずはセットのサラダから。
葉物にビーツにきゅうり…酢味噌ベースのドレッシングで。
紫キャベツ、ブロッコリー、トマト…と彩りも鮮やかなカレーは、見るからに…そして食べても辛味ゼロ(笑)
五穀米！？は少し柔らかめなので、カレーに合わせるなら少し固めが嬉しいかな。
中にはほんの少しガーリックシュリンプ(かなり小海老)とスイートコーンが。
その他にナッツやレーズンなんかも。
個人的にレーズンの甘みはいらないな。
ポーションもやっぱり女性向けなのか少なめの印象(少食男子なんで問題なしだけど…)
昼からオシャレにヘルシーに…女子力高めな方にはいいんじゃないかな。(俺もだいぶ女子力高め(笑))
