欧風でもインド風でもない第3のカレーといえば、個人的にはアジアンカレーですが、ルウにそれぞれの国の風土が色濃く表れ、多種多様な味とスタイルが存在します。
数あるアジアンカレーの中で特に人気なのがグリーンカレー
タイ語では “緑色の甘い汁物” という意味のゲーンキャオワーン
芳醇な香りのバイマックルや清涼感のあるスイートバジル、旨みとコクのココナッツミルクなどを使用し甘みと辛さの絶妙なバランスが特徴のカレーです。
都内でもかなり珍しいグリーンカレー専門店が代官山にあります。

創業2022年3月
最寄りは代官山駅ですが、恵比寿駅からでも歩いて10分ほどのところ
■鶏肉のグリーンカレー 1200円
■豆と野菜のグリーンカレー 1200円
■限定グリーンカレー【金、土、日のみ 限定10食】 1200円
■クン パッ ポン カリー【海老のカレー炒め】 1500円
■あいがけグリーンカレー【限定カレー +300円】 1200円
鶏肉と限定(海老とオクラのグリーンカレー)のあいがけをお願いしました。
鶏のむね肉と季節の野菜を使った定番のチキンはココナッツミルクのまろやかな口当たりと後からじわじわとくる青唐辛子の辛さが特徴的
ほのかな甘さのジャスミンライスとの相性がGOOD！
限定カレーは海老の旨みたっぷり
手間暇かかりますが、出汁系はうまいからね…
是非ともレギュラーメニューにしてほしい！
