こちらは本格的なヴィーガン料理を提供していました。
①にんじん、玉ねぎ、玉ねぎ、セロリ等の国産野菜を3時間かけて、ゆっくりと煮出したブイヨンに
②手作りのグリーンカレーペーストとココナッツミルクを合わせた動物性食材を使用しない、グルテンフリーなルー
赤インゲン豆、ひよこ、豆等のたっぷりな豆類、ナス、ズッキーニ…etc.. 特別なヴィーガンカレーです！

胡椒、クミンなどの秘密のスパイス調合を、クロックヒー(石臼)でひいて、
それを包丁で1000回切った後に
更に石臼で1000回まわす…
何故かというと、ブレンダーは香りが飛んでしまうから石臼と包丁で作る、
らしい
という気が遠くなる過程を踏んでいます。
