代官山にある
ダイカンヤマパンダ
代官山らしいおしゃれ、かつムーディな雰囲気
デートでいらっしゃている方が多かったです。
グラスワインを料理にあわせて出してくれます。
ワインチョイスもとっても良かったです。
サヴォア地方とかワイン好きの心をくすぐる感じが良い。
料理は全部美味しかったですが、特に出来立て豆腐の牡蠣麻婆豆腐が絶品でした。
麻婆豆腐って、何を入れても麻婆が強すぎて麻婆味になるんですが、どうやったらこんなに牡蠣の味が出せるだ？と不思議なぐらい牡蠣の旨みが全面に出てました。
しかと豆腐がクリーミィで、牡蠣のクリーミィと絶品にマッチ。
これは絶品！
ラム焼売も、デザートの紹興酒レーズンアイスも美味しかったです。
また行きたい！
