代官山にある中華酒場の代官山ライチ。
代官山駅から徒歩5分ほどのところにあるおしゃれなお店が入るSARUGAKUのC棟の地下一階にあります。
なので高価なのかと思いきやこちらのお店はリーズナブルで美味しいお店なんです。
半地下のようなお店ですが店内は明るくカジュアルな酒場スタイル。
中華料理をカジュアルダウンし大衆酒場テイストを入れた町中華です。
料理はほぼ600円前後。
ドリンクも600円前後で、ビールは東南アジアのビールが揃ってます。
スパークリングなどのボトルは冷蔵庫からお客さんが自分で選びます。
料理はどれも食べてみたくようなアレンジで良かったです。
特に個人的に好きだったのは、ラム肉ロースのたたきで低温調理されておりしっとりとやわらかく、ラムの良さが引き立ってて、麻辣ソースがとても合いました。
また黒ごまを使った棒々鶏も面白くこちらもしっとりとした肉質で美味しかったです。
ハチノスのトマト醬炒めはトリッパを中華風にアレンジしたものですがこれも感性光るものでした。
とてもバランスの良いメニューと面白さがあり、気軽に行きたいなと思うお店です。
これから流行りそうなスタイルのお店の感じがします。
