初訪問です。
新宿駅から徒歩3〜4分の場所にあるこちら。
2〜3階とのことで階段を上がって店内へ。
2階でしたが、店内はカウンターとテーブル席があり、主にカウンターでした。
平日の11時過ぎの訪問で2割ほどの入り具合でした。
本日頼んだのは、
白肉うどん 1,000円
3分ほどで運ばれてきました。
シンプルにどんぶりに白濁したスープ、豚肉がのり、青ネギと胡麻、生姜の千切りが少々のってました。
つゆは味噌をベースとしており塩気は上品です。生姜の香りが強めに、酸味がのっかって絶妙な味つけ。豚の旨味がとんこつスープのようで、面白いです。
炒めた豚肉と生姜を煮込むことで生まれるこのつゆはオリジナリティ高いです。
うどん自体は半透明で表面ツルツル、温かいうどんだけど、ムニムニとコシがあります。
ネギと胡麻のシャキシャキ、プツプツとした食感と風味もうまくマッチしていました。
1,000円でなかなかクオリティの高いうどん。
具は豚肉だけですが、わりと量があってボリュームもありました。
人気No.1がこの白肉うどんということでしたが、他のお客さんはわりと冷たい系のうどんとランチセットを頼んでいる人が多かったので、次はそういう風に頼みたいです。
