6月開催ロシアW杯現地観戦決定！記念！
ロシア料理ってピロシキとボルシチくらいしか
知らないから、予習でもしておこうかと、
ランチに行きました。
正確に言えば、ボルシチはウクライナ料理らしいので、
旧ソ連料理と言えば間違いないのかもしれません。
移転したようで、アルタの脇道を入ったあたりで、
薬局が入ったビルの地下です。
店内は女性ばかり、結構こじんまりしてます。
ワールドカップ開催を感じるインテリアは
見当たりませんでした。
Sランチ 壺焼きビーフシチュー5食限定をオーダー
まずサラダ、パン、ボルシチが出てきました。
山菜入りのサラダ、ロシアでも山菜食べるのかしら？
自家製ライ麦パンはスライスタイプ、ご飯も選べます。
ボルシチは柔らかな牛肉が少し、サワークリームが
アクセントです。ビーツが見当たりませんでした。
スープを食べ始めてすぐ、突然店内が暗くなりました！
非常灯がついたので手元は見えたから食事は大丈夫。
しばらくしても明るくならず、店員さんいわく
近所の道路工事で電源が切れ、復旧は1時間以上
かかるとのこと。 調理場も使えないからシチュー
が作れないそうです。
今の日本では停電って珍しいし、お店でそこまで
本格的なのは初遭遇です。しかも超超久しぶりの
ロシア料理ですから、いや〜ん、何かの予兆？！
そういえば、10年程前にモスクワ経由でローマに
行くアリタリア便に乗った時のことを思い出しました。
夜に到着したモスクワの空港はめちゃくちゃ暗くて
停電してるのかと売店の店内さんに聞いたほどです。
資源は売るほどあるし、たぶんインフラの問題
でしょう。社会主義国を肌で感じた瞬間でした。
テーブルに小さなキャンドルが置かれたけど、
明るさは変わらず、夜っぽい静かな中でスープ
とパンを食べ終えました。
20％オフクーポンを見せていて、支払いはどう
するのかと思ったら、「夜のスープ単品が850円
だから、そこから割引します」ということで、
680円支払いました。あとで考えたら、割引
なければ、夜の価格だったのでしょうか？
あのスープが850円だとしたら、具材少ないので
CP低いです。
お腹全然いっぱいじゃないから、別の店へ行きました。
ロシアでは、トラブルに巻き込まれませんように！
ちなみに日本戦ではなく、3位決定戦のチケットが
あたり、行きたかったサンクト=ペテルブルクです。
カナダに続き、ロシアも食べログ海外版ありません。
