もうね。
マリノーブナヤ・ケタのブリヌイパンケーキ包みが好きすぎるのですよ。
これを食べに来ている。と、言っても過言ではないです。
このパンケーキに包まれているオニオンやピクルスやトマトとサーモンマリネが
爽やかな風味と酸っぱいサワークリームをまとって。
これを口の中に・・・、だいたい崩れますけどね(笑)
まぁ～、美味しいことよ。
・・・でも、これランチメニューの追加メニューには記載されていないのです。
コース内でしか食べれないみたいです・・・。
ショック・・・。
でも、マリノーブナヤ・ケタのブリヌイパンケーキ包みを食べにまた行きます。

たぶん年内では最後であろうスンガリーでのランチ。あくまでも予定(笑)
今回は、当日に予約の電話を入れました。

もう、これを食べに来てると言っても過言ではないです。
この酸っぱいサワークリームと玉ねぎ、ピクルスにトマト、サーモンマリネの一体感。
たまりませんな(笑)
生魚がダメなワタシでも、これだけは食べれます。
２～３人前ぐらいならペロリと食べれそうです。
こんど、おかわりしてみようかしら・・・・。

それも、ここ新宿三丁目店のみ。
いつもは、東口店のみですが、初ランチを。

やっぱり大好きな味です。
マリノーブナヤ・ケタのブリヌイパンケーキ包みは、たまらんですな。
この料理を食べるとホントに幸せな気分です。
今回、初めて食べたのは
・ハルチョー
(ジョージア風のやわらかく煮込んだ牛肉とお米のスープ、パクチー風味)
なぜか、インドを感じます(笑)
・シュクメルリ
(鶏肉のプレス焼きガーリッククリーム煮込みジョージア風)
あの、シュクメルリです。でも、そんなには大蒜きつくはないです。
骨付き鳥も柔らかく、スプーンでお肉がほぐれます。
この料理がランチ価格です。
ホントに大好きなスンガリーさん。
また、行きたいな～。

Order as usual ・Georgia Lunch A The lunch contents remain the same.・Marinovnaya Keta's bliny Pancakes wrapped ・Khalcho was sold out so I changed to borscht ・Shkmerli ・Harieb bread ・Russian tea Unusual drink, non-alcoholic cocktail ・Perjus soda I ate borscht for the first time in a while. Wow, it's delicious. There are plenty of vegetables in it, and the beets are soft but also have a chewy texture. The sour cream and sour taste go well together and are delicious.
