職業柄毎月色々なホテルに行くが、京王プラザは超久しぶり。グラスコートのブッフェは初訪問だった。
知人からもなかなかの評価だったここグラスコートに週末の19時半に入店。アテンドのスタッフはさすがの接客。期待も高まる。
ローストビーフに天ぷら、パスタ、パフェなどがライブキッチンで提供されつくりたてを味わえるのは良い取り組みである。
味自体はまあまあよく、がっかりはしないだろう。雰囲気も相まってデート使いにも良いようだ。
期待よりはやや、食事系メニューが少なく九州フェア感も薄い。
ライブキッチンスタッフ接客態度は、京王らしくない。
これは隣のテーブルカップルも話していたから、
まあみんなそんな感想なんだろう。
今回は特別プランで5000円だったけど、普段は9500円である。残念ながら総合的には5000円でも及第点に行くかどうか。
他人に勧められるかと問われると再検査を要する。
ホスピタリティの向上に取り組んでもらいたい。
