西口から都庁の方面へ、
歩いて2.3分くらいですかね。
ランチもやっているようですが、
今回はディナーで訪問致しました！
とにかく豚肉の料理がうまいです
絶対食べてほしいのは豚の串焼き
5種盛りにしました！
カルビ、ピートロ、ハラミ、タン、ロース
かなり巨大でびっくりしました！笑
その中でも特にカルビがジューシィで
やわらかくて美味かったなぁ
肉の甘みもありました〜。
コリッッッとしたタンも美味かったです✨
そしてよだれ"豚"も超おすすめです。
普通は鶏ですがここでは豚です。
低温調理されてきれいなピンクの断面
むちっとした弾力ながらも噛むとやわらかい
ピリ辛ソースとガーリックチップ、オニオン
が合いまくり〜！ビール進むね笑
瓶を持ち上げると展開される
サーモンたっぷり入ったタルタルも
ボリューム抜群です✨
あと珍しかったのがイカ墨系。
イカ墨のだし巻きは真っ黒でした！
アリゴチーズの伸びるポテサラも
イカ墨入ってたのかな？めちゃめちゃ伸びる
バゲットですくって食べたら完璧すぎる..
美味しい豚料理で大満足！
4000円から飲み放題コースあるので
宴会にも使えますね〜！
