退職のお祝いを高層ビル最上階の高級フレンチにて。初の訪問でドレスコードなども気になりましたが特に言われることもなく。コースは主催者にお任せでしたので正確には知らないのですが推定です。
前菜2種、スープ、魚、肉、デザートとシャンパン、白ワイン、赤ワインと合わせてすっかり堪能しました。
どれも美味しかったのですが牛肉のポワレが特に絶品。たまにはこういうのも良いですね。
