たかさご家系譜 |
御苑近くの有名店を初訪問したら、まさかの臨時休業で方針転換で町田家さんに行きました。ラーメン並・味玉920円を固さ、醤油、背脂全て普通で注文しました。
中太のモチモチ麺にパンチのある豚骨醤油スープ、柔らかチャーシュー、海苔、ほうれん草、刻み葱、味玉のアクセントも効いて、安定のお味です。だいぶ散歩をしたので美味しく頂きました。
