新宿三丁目にある老舗中華料理店満月廬本店。
様々な飲食店を運営する会社の高繁フードサービス運営の店舗です。
お店のウリは全国胃No.3、東京No.1となったこともある小籠包。
4つ盛りで649円の小籠包は、熱々で、スープたっぷり。
レンゲに置いてスープを先にいただきます。
皮は少し厚めでモチモチ！
身にはしっかりと味がついていて旨みたっぷりで、そのままでもとても美味しいです。
何度かこちらのお店に来てるのですが、
小籠包とは別によく食べるのはあんかけ焼きそば。
表面をパリッと焼いた麺と旨みの濃いあんが最高です！
具は野菜や魚介がたっぷりと、とろっとしたあんが麺にたくさん絡みます。
熱々なので食べるのに苦戦しますがこれがまたいいんですよね。
他にも雲南風のよだれどり、エビチリやフカヒレあんかけチャーハンも美味しいです！
