溢れ出す旨みのスープ は一日4000個!！！！。
「 もちもちの生地が美味しくて、めちゃめちゃ美味しい」「5000個いける！」と、ギャル曽根様も絶賛さそた東京都NO1の小籠包！！！！。
ってまぁ～、なんと輝かしい実績なんでしよ！。(*_*)
それで、これは行かなくちゃという事で、新宿三丁目にある中華料理屋、満月盧さんにやって来ました。
時は昼時もあり、待ち客発生！。
10分程待ち店内へ。
２名でカウンター席に座り、先ず最初に青島ビール。
グラス無しでラッパ呑み！。
相方は「あおしまビールって美味しいの？」って、読み方違うって！f(^_^)。
それからキリン一番搾りへ移行。
ここで、緑ザーサイ、小籠包、ニラレバ炒めを注文。
一番搾りはグラス付き。
緑ザーサイ ・ よく見る茶色っぽいザーサイは発酵させてあるものですが、この緑ザーサイは漬けてから発酵させないフレッシュな物。
ホントにザーサイの浅漬けって感じです。
ニラレバ炒め ・ 満月特製のニラレバ炒め。モヤシなどは入っていなくて、ホントにニラとレバーのみ。 先ずレバーのクセの無さと柔らかさに驚きます！。( ゜o゜)
そしてなんといっても味付け。 濃いめの味付けでビールに合う～！。
こういうニラレバ炒めは初めてで、ホント美味しゅうございました。✨
小籠包 ・ ギャル曽根が「5000個いける！」と絶賛した、絶品小籠包。そのままお箸で割ったりしたらスープが全部流れてしまうのでご注意を！。
前評判が凄すぎたためか、美味しゅうございますが、凄い～！(*>∀<*)
って驚くほど感動もなく...。
やっぱり期待し過ぎるといけないですよね。(^^;
そういう雑念は良いものか、悪いものか...。
まぁ～、どちらにしても美味しゅう小籠包ですけどね。✨
担々麺 ・ 芝麻醤と香辛料が効いた本格的なスープ。
ですが、そこまでゴマゴマしていないので飲みやすく、中央に乗っている肉味噌をときながら麺を頂くとねぇ、これぞ担々麺という感じでホントに美味しゅうございました。✨ (^^)d
いやぁ～、トータル的に小籠包小籠包...、そればかりが頭にありましたので、他のお料理をあまり考えないでいきましたが、お料理全般のリーズナブルな価格設定に驚きを感じました！。
新宿という場所で本格的中華料理をリーズナブルに...。
