初めてのコチラに、ランチで訪問。
『肩ロース焼ランチ』に、単品『タン塩3点盛り(上ネギタン塩焼、上タン厚切り塩焼、特撰タン塩焼)』を追加で。
まずは前菜類やサラダ、スープ、ご飯がセットで登場。少しずつあるの嬉しいよね。
続いてタン3点盛りが。
ネギがこんもり入ってる。やっぱ個人的に厚切りが1番好き。
肩ロースも旨味があって旨し、ボリュームも結構あり。
ただ前々から思ってるが、肉自体は美味いんだけど、
デフォのタレが個人的に、少し甘過ぎ&濃すぎて、すぐにしつこく感じてしまう。肉が良いんだから、もう少し控え目にして、卓上に調味料置いて味変させた方がいいか。
頼まないと卓上にコチュジャンとかもないし。
