2022年に冷麺が新しくなったようで訪れました。
蕎麦粉を使っていないデンプン粉の太麺が日本では主流ですがこちらは蕎麦粉を使った本場と同じ麺です。
(デンプン粉の麺も選択できます。)
まず見た目が本場北朝鮮の平壌にある玉流館の冷麺にそっくりでびっくりしました。
本場北朝鮮の冷麺はスープが少なく
箸で持ち上げた麺に酢をそのままかけるスタイルです。
スープもしっかり牛骨の出汁が出ていて韓国でもここまで旨味のあるスープは少ないです。
日本でも1.2位を争うおいしさです。
