新宿駅から徒歩5分少々の野村ビルのB1にあります。
オープンの11時に伺ったので、すぐに案内されました。12時を過ぎると会社員らしき方々が続々と。
店内には川が流れ、バリ風のインテリアで豪華な雰囲気です。
ランチメニューは、期間限定を含めて6種類。サラダバー・スープバーが付いています。
■石焼きナシゴレン
熱々の石鍋に、ジャスミンライスと具材が盛り付けられています。
たれをかけ混ぜ合わせるとナシゴレンの出来上がり。徐々に"おこげ"ができます。
自分で仕上げる作業も楽しく、とても美味しかったです。
■鶏肉のルンダン
"CNNで世界一美味しい料理に選ばれた"そうです。
ココナッツミルクとスパイスで柔らかく煮込まれたチキンがたっぷり。
辛くないタイカレーのようなお味で、添えられたソースを混ぜると更に美味しい。
サラダもおかわりして、お腹いっぱいになりました。
接客も丁寧で、心地良く過ごせました。
