年末も押し迫る12月、片付けの合間の息抜きランチで訪問。
14時過ぎなのでさすがに落ちついてますが、それでも意外にまだお客さんはいる感じです。
一番ベーシックなお弁当の「梢」（5,500円）をオーダー。
ドリンクはオーガニック小豆のお茶、茜茶（800円）です。
先付は卵豆腐、上には桜海老の唐揚げと蕪のみぞれ餡。柔らかな卵豆腐にサクサクの桜海老が風味を添えます。
お椀は鰤のお澄まし、筒状のお豆腐と椎茸。焼いた時に比べてさっぱり目に感じられる鰤ですが、鯛に比べると味の深みは劣るかな。
さて、お弁当は二段のお重になっています。
一の重

紅葉ご飯と香の物
紅葉ご飯は金時人参と薄揚げ入り。クリームカツとされているのは中に入ったシメジの食感がよい、滑らかなクリームコロッケ。
デザートは、苺ココナッツプリン甘酒風味の抹茶黄身ソース。
全体に何というか、勿論破綻はないですが、際だって印象に残るものもない感じ。美味しいは美味しいのですが、天下のパークハイアットとあり、期待上がりすぎる面もあるかな。
とはいえ、景色は最高なので、大切な集まりや接待など、外すことはないかと！
