原宿からの帰り道、代々木でランチしてそのまま甲州街道を散歩して新宿タカシマヤへ。
この辺りの道は長年通っている場所なので道は安心です(^-^)
新宿は伊勢丹と共にタカシマヤも美味しい物の宝庫✨✨
パティシリアのケーキと共にこの日寄ったのはペック 新宿タカシマヤ店✨
ペックは大宮の高島屋店に行っていますが、こちらは大きさが何倍も広く、パンに至っては10倍以上の品揃え( ˶>ᴗ<˶)✨✨
迷いながらこちらの3点購入✨✨
☆いちじくとクルミのカンパーニュ
デュラム小麦粉を使った生地にローストしたクルミ、ドライいちじく、レーズンを巻き込んで焼き上げている、定番と言えば定番のカンパーニュ✨✨
どこのお店でも良く見かけますが、どの具材もたっぷり入っていてカンパーニュ生地も噛むほどに味わい深くてこちらは結構コスパ良い気がします(ハーフに6切れ入っていました)✨(^-^)
☆パーネ・リゾ・ピッコロ(ノーチェ)〈クルミ入り米粉パン〉
米粉を使った生地に、ローストしたクルミを入れて焼き上げた小さな食事パン。
米粉の白っぽい生地自体が好きでそこにクルミもプラスされているのでいつでも食べたくなる定番パンでしょうか？名前がちょっと難しいですˆˆ;
☆塩バターチャバッタ
デュラム小麦粉入りのチャバッタに有塩バターを巻き込んで焼き上げているそうで、かなりバターたっぷり。家族はこのチャバッタが良かったみたいです。形はスリッパ型でなく完全に三日月形でしたが(^-^)
高級食材店のペックですが、意外と価格は押さえ目にしてある気がします。
どれも美味しく、質が良く、朝食にぴったりのこちらのパン✨✨
