新宿で食事をすることになり調べていると
高島屋さんに好みのお店がズラリ。
伊勢丹にも今半さんがあるのに高島屋さん
にもあるのか！とびっくり。
土曜日ということもあり、予約満杯なら別の
所にしようと訪問したら入店出来ました。
窓カラスからの日差しでより明るい店内で
コースがお得と進められすき焼きコースを。
前菜の牛佃煮と小松菜の一品料理は程よく
水無月という今月の単品には胡麻豆腐や
鮎オイル煮、味噌ダレの牛佃煮と生麩串など
少量でも満足できましたし、茶碗蒸しは
しっかり蒸された固めの食感と卵の味、
大きな椎茸は柔らかくすき焼きの前に
満足感を得ました。
すき焼きは一枚だけ焼いてくださいました。
本日は静岡産の牛肉だそうで。大きく綺麗なさし
が入っていて軽く焼くだけで柔らかくしっかりと
お味があって美味しかったです。
お麩やお豆腐も柔らかく椎茸も大きくもう
胃が足りませんでした笑
おすすめのすき焼きの締め、卵ご飯を作って
もらって頂きましたが日本橋で頂いたものより
お味が濃くなくちょうどよくて卵がふわふわで
美味しかったです！！
たまご大好き人間としては大大大満足でした、
がお腹が破裂しそうです(苦笑)
ダイエット、始めないとですね笑
