仕事仲間の女性たちと忘年会をしようということになり、コロナ禍以来初めての席を設けた。
ベルギービールの多様な味わいを楽しみたいなと、+500円で飲み放題に3種類のビールを加えてみた。
日本ラガービール一辺倒を面白く感じない自分なので、ベルギービールのテイストはいつも楽しい。
注文はスマホからというシステムだったので、まずは店のWi-Fiに繋いで、早速飲み物から。
まずはビター、次はエールみたいに飲み進める。美味い。
料理は前菜から。サラミやレバームースがまたビールに合う。
サラダは混ぜて混ぜて、そしてサーブ。具材の味わいが交わった複雑さがいい。
おもむろにフライドポテトも美味しいと女性陣に好評。マヨネーズソースが気に入ったみたい。
ムール貝をいただいた後にメインの黒毛和牛のステーキ。脂っぽさはなく、程よくしまった肉質に食い出を感じる。
男連中なら、鶏のローストあたりを追加したくなったろうが、我々はウニバターのリゾットで〆。
呑んで食べて話して、楽しい時間を過ごせた。
また行きたいな。
