毎日香川からくる生地を店で丁寧に製麺し、打ち立て、茹でたての本場香川を再現したお店です・あの映画『うどん』のモデルになった仲間が立ち上げた麺通団の店です。 |
讃岐うどんとちくわ天の組み合わせが好きでうどん屋さんには良く行きます。結構昔からあるみたいですが初訪問です。16時頃に入店お客さんは少数。価格はやや高め、ぶっかけ中750円。ちくわ天200円提供された讃岐うどんはコシも弱くちょっと残念…。ちくわ天は冷めてますが立派です。
