本日はクライアントからお呼ばれしまして、遅ればせながらも中華新年会！中華とポルトガルワインのワイン会
ホストを務めるクライアントでもある社長が自らセレクトしたポルトガルワインを持ち込みでワイン会でした
お仕事といえばお仕事ですし、趣味といえば趣味少なくとも会社から経費が出ている訳ではないので趣味ですねやっぱり
それにしてもすごい眺め
なんでもここの料理長と36年からなるお付き合いで最近こちらのお店に料理長が戻られたとのことで社長お気に入りのポルトガルワインを持ち込みのうえ、特別コースを組み立てていただいたとのことなかなかできない体験をさせていただきました

これぞ伝統的中華！
オーセンティックな中華のコースにポルトガルワイン贅沢ですね
フカヒレスープのオレンジ色はカニの卵の色だそう濃度はあれど、サッパリ目で美味しい
蟹の手の揚げ物は、蟹の身にさらに蟹身の蒲鉾的なものを巻き付けており、プリップリの蟹まみれで、なんと贅沢！ほっこりしてしまいました
どの料理もとても上品にまとめられていて、さすがに町中華の味とはちょっと違いますとにかく美味しい
炒飯もなるほど！中華の基準を知り、高級店の炒飯はこうなるんだな！！って実感しました
桃まんじゅうは蓮の実の餡と言ってた気がしますが記憶が微妙ですいずれにしても甘さがくどくなく美味かった
ワインも社長セレクトの白ワインがとてもフレッシュな若々しさを感じられ中華によく合いますね
なんでも本店と同じ食材を使って、場所的に新宿の方がお安く提供できるのでとてもおすすめとのことでしたが確かに納得
ランチも2人以上で来れば1人1,500円で入れるそうなのでおすすめです
