新宿都庁近くの高層ビルには、眺望の良いレストランが多く入っています。
野村ビルの他のお店に行こうと、高速エレベーターで耳がキーンとなりながら５０Fに到着すると
さすがGW、家族連れのお客様でレストラン街は賑わっています。
お目当てのお店に振られ、彷徨うとすぐに、パッと目に付いた真っ赤な看板
「ホテルオークラレストラン新宿 中国料理 桃里」さん。
ホテルの名の入った中華なっら間違いないだろうと入店を即決(｀･ω･´)
店内に入ると、窓から見える新宿のパノラマビューに「おお！！」となります。
窓際ではないけれど、景色の見えるお席にご案内頂き、まずは冷たいお茶が提供されます。
メニューに目を通し、麺がいいかなあ・・・フカヒレ煮込み麺も美味しそうですが
今日は暑いので、つゆなしがいいかな？
スタッフの方に海老やきそばの味付けを伺うと塩味とのことで、サッパリ頂けそうだから即決。
あと、春巻きも一本お願い致します。
お昼を過ぎた頃から、ご予約されていたかと思われるお客様が続々と。
やはりご家族連れが多いですね。連休中のせいか、特に３世代連れグループが目立っていました。
ふと気が付くと、ワタシの少し前に入店されたお客様にお料理が提供されます。
え、早くない？？？町中華でも、お昼時はもっと待つよね？
と、その一分後くらいに、ワタシの海老焼きそばも到着しますΣ(ﾟДﾟ)
むちゃくちゃ凄腕な料理人さん揃いなのか？！
提供された海老やきそばは、大ぶりの見るからにぷりっぷりな海老がゴロゴロと入っていて
白菜、青菜、きくらげなどと優しい色合いの餡が交じり合い、むっちゃ美味しそう！
麺を引き上げると、表面がカリッと焼きつけられたタイプです。
では、早速、いっただっきまーーーす！
うん、カリッともちっとした麺に、模範解答みたいな美味しい塩味の餡が絡んで、うんまーーーーーーーーーいでーーーーーーーーーーす(*´▽｀*)♪
エビは予想通りの食感だし、食材がいいのか、腕がいいのか、はたまたその両方か、
白菜や、青菜、タケノコがしっかり火が通っているのに、しゃっきしゃきで、むっちゃオイシイ♪
結構量があったので、胃が重くなるかな？と思いましたが、食後も全く胃もたれしない
優秀なやきそば様Σ(ﾟДﾟ)
春巻きは、そのお店ごとに特徴が出るので、どんな子なのかしら？とワクワク(´∀｀*)ｳﾌﾌ
見た目は、The 春巻きですね。お箸で真ん中から二つに割ってみると
細切りにされた食材が餡に包まれ、ぎっしりと入っています！！！
この細切りが、本当の細切りで、たっぷりお口の中に入っても、噛み切りやすいようになっていて
嬉しい！
こちらも油っこくなくて、ぱりっぱりの皮と、旨味タップリで、優しい食感の餡がナイスコンビネーションで、うんまーーーーーーーーーいでーーーーーーーーーーす(*´▽｀*)♪
焼きそばは後半、卓上のお酢で味変しました。黒酢だったので、程よい風味とコクも加わって
うんまい♪
お腹いっぱい頂きましたが、先述のとおり、胃が重くないのですよーー。
やっぱり、優秀なお店のお料理は、食後も優秀ですね(´∀｀*)ｳﾌﾌ
