照明を落とした和風空間に人々がひしめく。
適度な喧騒感。
それぞれが声を落としながらも活発に会話を楽しんでいるよう。
その間を通り抜けて個室に落ち着く。
初めて伺っとのだが、座った瞬間の安堵感に自分で驚く。
そんな居心地の良さがここにある。
料理は9本コースを基本に、合間合間でおすすめのアラカルトを。
雑な感想になるが、とにかく全てが上質で美味い。
串打ちの美しさ、肉の張り、照りも素晴らしい。
そして、嬉しい驚きがもう一つ。
大好きな風の森のラインナップが豊富なのだ。

帰り際、横目でカウンターを覗く。
煙の向こう、真剣に焼き台に向かう人物のシルエットが見えた。

The second visit was at the counter. The kitchen, illuminated by spotlights, looks like a theater stage, with smoke rising from the grill. The chicken at this restaurant is absolutely delicious no matter what you eat. What's more, the beauty of the cut and arrangement of fresh, high-quality ingredients, as well as the shine and grilling effect, make it a feast for the eyes. What I personally find most interesting is that there is a large lineup of ``Kaze no Mori'' brewed by Aburanaga Sake Brewery in Nara. There are 3 types on the day. There are also spirits known as ``drinking medicine.'' The general uses a dropper to drop a little of this into the glass of sake. A happy taste change. After testing out the compatibility of this spirit with various alcoholic beverages, the owner recommended Kochi's Bijou as a perfect match. The more dangerous the better. A fun and delicious blissful time.
