知る人ぞ知る新宿の老舗Bar.
1階がバー、2階がテーブル席の作りです
テーブル席に案内されて着席
席と席の間隔が相当に狭く快適性は低い
さらに狭い店内に相当数のお客さんが入っているので騒がしい
老舗バーと聞いていたので落ち着いた雰囲気を想像していたが若干違う
ピアノの生演奏、他のお客さんの話声
静かにゆっくりと飲むという場所ではなさそうです
内装も独特の雰囲気を醸し出していて、好き嫌いがはっきり分かれれるかなと思われる
チキン、肉豆腐等々いくつか注文
料理のレベルは高し
チキンは柔らかく煮込まれたうえで焼かれている？と思うのですが、柔らかいお肉にスパイスが軽く掛けてある
チキンのジューシーな脂とスパイスのコラボが絶品です

ベーコンに豆腐、これは出汁が絶品です
出汁を豆腐で味わう料理かな
皆で騒ぎに来るには良さそうなお店かなと思いました
