14:30に来店。西新宿の新宿センタービルの地下に入ってるお店。中途半端な時間でしたが、お店の中はほぼ満席でした。
麺の茹で時間は8分とのことでしたが、お客さんが多くて2ロット目になったのか15〜16分ほど待って出て来ました。
2つともクリーム系のソースですが、食べ応えがあり美味しかったです。ソースももちろんですが、ここのお店は麺が美味しいですよね。お店の名前の通り茹で加減はアルデンテなので、麺は少し芯を感じれるぐらいの硬さで茹で上がっていて美味しかったです。
麺量は最大2倍盛りまでできるようですが、私は大盛りでもかなりお腹いっぱいになったので、相当自身のある方以外は2倍盛りを選ばない方が良いかと思います。
