お腹が空いて、餃子が食べたいという友人と訪問。
台湾料理屋ならば台湾ビール！
ということでまずは瓶の台湾ビールを。
お通しはキムチ。
台湾ビールは味薄いゴクゴク飲める感じですが泡が荒々しく炭酸強め好みの人にはいいかもしれません。
お腹が空いていたので台湾名物魯肉飯と小籠包、スープ餃子をオーダー。
まずは魯肉飯がでてきます。
八角が効いたスパイシーでわりと本格的な味。
ご飯がやや柔らかいのが残念。
小籠包は、うーーーん、肉汁どこに消えたのか？肉汁のない小籠包なんて小籠包じゃない！
スープ餃子の餃子は皮も手作りなのかモチモチでなかなか美味しい。
スープもあっさりでみじん切りのねぎの食感もいい感じです。
新宿の駅近ですがそんなに高すぎず庶民的な感じでいいなと思いました。
