当店のスペシャリテである絶望は、お皿に溢れんばかりに盛り付けられたミートソースベースのスープパスタです。具材は挽肉、オリーブの微塵切り、キノコといたってシンプルですが、ニンニクとスパイスの効いたミートソースはジャンキーな味わいで、しばらく時間が経つと食べたくなる中毒性の高い逸品です！

2人だったので、絶望以外のもう一品はツナをチョイスしました。結果これが大正解で、絶望と同様のスープにツナのコクと旨味が滲み出ています。また追加で注文した粉チーズとの相性も抜群で、次回訪問する時には迷わずツナをチョイスしたいと思うほどの美味しさです‼︎
【総評】
日本テレビで放送している『ヒューマングルメンタリー オモウマい店』で取り上げられていて、その見た目に惹かれベンチマークしていたお店です。
並ぶことを想定して開店15分前に到着しましたが、既に10人以上の並びがあり、人気の程が伺えます。
来店したお客様のほぼ全員が注文する絶望は、一度食べるとクセになる中毒性のある味わいで、1994年の創業以来、1番人気なのが納得できる美味しさです。
