高級なイメージのお店ですが、過日、手頃な値段でランチが提供されていることを知り、この日訪問しました。ランチタイムでの利用は、初めてです。
入口で少し待たされ、一人なのにL字の椅子がテーブルを囲む3人掛けの席を広々占拠させていただきました。
すき焼弁当1650円を注文。
店員さんは皆さん、きちっとした格好で、きびきびと立ち回ります。しばし待って配膳。料理提供と、減ったお茶の補充と、楊枝と伝票の提供が、あたかも一幕の舞のように別々の店員さんから流れるようになされるのを見て、さすが、と妙に感心しました。
「弁当」なので弁当箱に入っているのかと思いましたが、定食のような構成です。ご飯はお代わり自由のようです。本来、数千円のすき焼として出される肉の規格外の部分の有効活用、なのでしょう。提供時点で具に味はついており、生卵につけていただきます。麩？は「今半」の文字入り。
最後に少し残った卵は、居酒屋ランチであればご飯にかけていたところですが、思いとどまりました。
普段その辺の草を食べている庶民の、ちょっとした値段でのちょっとした贅沢。
