今半と聞くとどうしてもすき焼きのイメージがありますが、こちらは炭火焼きも食べれるお店です。なんなら店名的には炭火焼きメイン…？
予約したコースでは、炭火焼きもすき焼きも食べれるスペシャルなコースでしたので楽しみでした。
秋っ！て感じの前菜から始まります。個室や店内の感じもですが、新宿という立地からはイメージできない落ち着きようで、大人向けです。
そして炭火焼きの柔らかく火の通った感じがやはり美味しかった…握りもいいんですけどね、やはり焼きは美味しいなと実感しました。
でもやっぱり、総括としてはすき焼きが一番です。柔らかいお肉を目の前で一枚ずつ卵につけて用意してくれてます。
温かいうちに食べるのがベスト。これこれ！って感じです笑。白米が進みます。
しめで、割下と卵を合わせたものをご飯と一緒に食べるんですが、この時点ではだいぶ満腹になりました。胃袋に自信がない人は、白米かこのフワッとした卵を乗せたご飯かのどちらかにもできるようです。
勝者すき焼きということで。ごちそうさまでした。
