グルメさん達が
「バーガーバンズで有名なお店があるよ！」
と言ってお供させてもらったこちら。
都内有名バーガー店の殆どが
こちらのバンズを使っているそうです。
最寄り駅は東新宿かな
外観はほっこり街のパン屋さん
先客もグルメさんぽい男性2人組
店主と写真撮ってました。
・チーズフランク 200円
・黒糖パン ？
・桜あんぱん 150円
・チョコぱん 150円
・全粒粉いりバンズ 350円
黒糖パンが甘くてもっちりしていて
凄く美味しかった！なんか懐かしい味。
桜あんぱんは、桜がもう少し欲しかったかな。
チョコぱんは不思議！
おからカスタードに板チョコが挟まってます。
おからカスタードがまた不思議食感
カスタード感はあまり感じず…
全粒粉入りバンズは、自宅でこんがりトーストして
無塩バターと具材を挟む…うん、美味しい
パン自体は主張がなく、ハンバーガー専用だけあって
引き立て役に徹してる感じです。
店主が味があって、凄くいいキャラです。
私も写真撮りたかったくらい。
みんなでワイワイしながら訪問でしたが
快く迎えてくれました。
