ワインとお料理の素晴らしいマリアージュ♫
家族のお誕生日ディナーを頂きに西新宿の「ファンゴーダイニング」へ行って来ました。
今回は事前にお料理に合わせたワインのペアリングをお願いして伺いましたが、ペアリングが素晴らしすぎて感動しました♡
お店の方とペアリングの話をしていた時に出たお話が「どちらか一方だけの印象にならないよう（ワインだけ、お料理だけ）」心掛けているとの事。
結構なお値段のコースなのにワインが何だか味気なかったり、お料理の思い出しか残らないお店が多々ある中、こういう風に素晴らしいペアリングのワインとお食事を頂けるって凄く幸せ

以前イベントでお店に来た時とは違いコースでお料理を頂くと美味しさが増しますね。
お肉を食べた辺りでお腹パンパンだったのですが、リゾットの量を調整して下さる所もポイント高いです❣
次回はお友達誘って来たいです☺

家族とディナーを頂きに西新宿の「ファンゴーダイニング」へ行って来ました。
前回と同じワインペアリング付きのコースをお願いしましたが、季節の食材を頂けて最高でした。
鮎のコンフィはじっくりと仕上げてあるので、頭からしっぽまで頂けます☺
山わさびが掛かったカチョエペペはチーズがたっぷりで美味
ハンガリー産の鴨はベリーソースに良く合い柔らかくて美味しい～
カルボナーラが大好きなのでカルボナーラ風味のリゾットが出た時はめっちゃテンションが上がりました。
最初のお皿からデザートまで大満足なコース❣
次は秋の食材が出る頃に行きたいな♬
