クリスマス、お祝いごとも兼ねて家族でお邪魔しました。
野村ビルの49階、新宿どころか、スカイタワーも近くに錯覚するほど広々と見える夜景。
クリスマスは特別コース一択で、乾杯のシャンパンから開始。
家族でコース食べる機会なんて久々で、半個室のおかげでおしゃべり楽しめたし良い席でした。
素敵な席を用意していただいて、ありがとうございました。
鮑の燻製バターしょうゆが特に美味しかった。
しっかり味付けだけど後に残らない感じで。
ポルチーニ茸のポタージュも濃厚でおいしかったな。
量が少ないが、その分味が濃くて、くどいと思わせないのはさすが。
トリュフのチーズリゾットもおいしかった。もっとトリュフ香ってもいいくらいだったｗ
どれもビールよりワインとか洋酒に合う感じの料理メインでした。
サントリーの系列店で、翠SUIというウイスキーのカクテルが650円はちょっと高い印象。
他もカクテルメニューが少なかったのは、今日のメニューが限定されているからかしら。
晴れた日のお昼も気持ちの良い景色を眺められそう。
客層が意外にも若めな人が多かったのは、クリスマスだったからかな。
場所も、高級感ある雰囲気も良いので、ちょっと特別な時に安心して伺えます。
