元同僚とサシの飲みで夜景を見たいと思い、予約をして入店しました。
目の前の夜景は49階という高層階で眼前に新宿の空が広がっていました。
飲み放題でプレミアムコースにしてまずは生ビールを注文し、その後は日本酒にしました。伯楽里と貴という日本酒を交互に注文しました。とても飲みやすかったです。
料理の前菜５種類はとても良い仕事がされた料理でした。チーズやキャッシュやいろいろな味が楽しめました。その次にサラダもいろいろな味が野菜から味わえました。微かにかかるドレッシングも上品な味です。その後、お麩のグラタンのような温かい料理が届きました。庄内豚のステーキもそこに載ったソースも手がこんでいてさっぱりした味わいです。
夜も更けて夜の帳が下りて綺麗な夜景を眺めながらデザートを楽しめました。
景色もリフレッシュができ、料理の味も満足できました。
