今日のランチは、当初マグロ目指してましたが、路上看板を見てステーキに変更し、「パンドラ」さんへ。昨年11月以来、久しぶり4度目の訪問です。
もちろん、看板にあったこちらを注文。
【パンドラステーキランチ(S)】¥1,050
アウトサイドハラミ100g
グラム数が少ないので、ステーキのカットサイズは小さめ。こうすることで量を少しでも多く見せる作戦ですかねww ニンニク醤油ダレでいただきました。
ご飯、なかなか良いです。たぶん、炊きたてでツヤがあり、ステーキでご飯が進みました。自家製の食べるラー油は、ラー油感は薄く辛さも控えめですかね。
次回は牛カルビランチ(¥850)をいってみたいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
今週はハンバーグでスタート。およそ半年ぶりにパンドラさんに会社の仲間と3人で伺いました。
ランチメニュー、消費税分の値上げはありましたが、内容は変わってませんでした。今回はこちらを注文。
【特製ハンバーグ】¥1,080(フリードリンク付)
デミソースの中に鉄板で焼いたハンバーグがインされてきて、お箸で食べるスタイルです。「自家製食べるラー油」はご飯のお供にしてもグッドでした。サラダが千切りキャベツだけなので、もう少し工夫してもらえるとうれしいですね。
今日は少し豪勢にステーキランチ！
この春まで勤務していた大阪での仲良しさんから、仕事で上京すると連絡いただき、再会ランチです。
初訪はハンバーグだったので、今回はステーキランチの中からこちらを注文。(他にはハラミとかあります)
【スペシャルステーキ(リブロース)】¥1,350
メニューの写真では1枚肉でしたが、カットされて提供されました。まぁナイフで切る手間が省けるし、食べやすいのでよしとします。黒胡椒を足していただきましたが、柔らかくて美味しゅうございました。
今日はハンバーグ！
新宿西口エリアでお店を検索、評価が高かった「パンドラ」さんに今日はやってきました。
数量限定というハンバーグを注文。
【特製ハンバーグ】¥1,050(フリードリンク付き)
1人で入ったところ、店内で同じ会社の女性3人組にバッタリ。テーブルを移動して急遽懇親ランチに。
こちらのランチはご飯、味噌汁付きでお箸で食べるスタイル。ハンバーグ、付け合わせの野菜、ともにとても美味しかったです。次回はパンドラステーキにしてみよ。ごちそうさまでしたー！

今月末の人事異動で転出するため、先輩が送別ランチを開いてくれました。2020年12月以来、久しぶりの「パンドラ」さんです。メニューも以前と少し違ってますかね。ハンバーグはグラム数と焼き方を選ぶようです。
今回は先輩にこちらをご馳走になりました。
◆ふわとろレアハンバーグ(220g、ミディアム)_¥1,600
格子状の切り目入りハンバーグ、予想よりレア感強め。
いつもしっかり焼いたのばかりなので、新鮮でした。
確かにふわふわ。ミニカレーも美味しゅうございました。ごちそうさまでした。
