平日ランチタイムに1人で訪問。今日は朝から健康診断で飲まず食わず、胃カメラのため麻酔してたので1時間は食べちゃダメと言われたのですが、お腹が空きすぎてちょっと早めに来ました。

以前より行ってみたかった百名店に入ったことのあるお店。セットなのでお得にいただきました。楽しみにしていた餃子（飲茶？） は普通でした。担々麺もかなり良い味です。お好みで山椒、辣油があれば嬉しかったです。
五目刀削麺のランチセットを注文。接客は愛想がないが、外国だと思い込む。
薄味だが旨いスープに、火加減のよい具材。食感がまばらでとても美味しい麺。
