新宿にある老辺餃子舘に行ってきました＾＾
ここは中華屋です。
新宿本店と書かれていると他に店舗はあるのかという話になりますが、別館も新宿にあるため新宿以外にはありません。
開店してからすぐに行ったので私が1人目のお客さんでした。
注文したのはランチの担々麺セット（1280円）です。
他に蒸し餃子と杏仁豆腐がついていました。
担々麺はそこまで辛くなく、マイルドな辛さでした。
最初にレンゲでスープを掬うと口の中に美味しさがサッと広がる一品でした。
餃子は目を瞑って食べたら絶対に餃子とは答えないだろう…というほどモチモチしており、表現としては小籠包という言い方が合っている気がします。
デザートでついていた杏仁豆腐に関してはつるんとした柔らかいタイプではなく、箸でもつまめるほど固く、小さいながらに味がしっかりしていました。近い表現としてはレアチーズケーキです。
担々麺に関しては他でも食べられそうな味でしたが、餃子と杏仁豆腐に関してはここでないと食べられない味だと思います。
良かった点

■卓上に置かれている本場の黒酢をかけるとさらに美味しくなる
