新宿駅近くの老舗の餃子やさんです
座って食事をしていたら何やら騒がしい
何かのメニューを頼むとスタッフさんが銅鑼をガンガン鳴らすみたいです
ここに来たらまずは餃子です
「老辺焼き餃子」を1皿、贅沢に頂きました
ラー油くださいと言ったら、そのまま食べろと言われてしまった
拘りがあるようで、ニンニクもなし、確かにそのままでも十分に美味しい
この餃子、12個を一気に焼いて、裏返った形で皿に乗って来ます
美味しさポイントがいくつかあって、まずは餃子の羽がかなり美味
羽の厚さが絶妙なのだと思いますが、スナックの様な食感と美味しさを与えてくれる
餃子は、12個、4種類の味が一度に味わえますが、言われるまで４種類あることに気づかなかった
醤油もラー油も邪道、確かにそのままで十二分に美味しい
餃子の皮も手作りらしく、皮が厚い、水分が飛んでいないので、もちもち食感が美味
加えて、癖のない餡とのバランスがとても良い
ただ、餃子を噛むとき、たいてい肉汁が飛び出すので、スーツなど服に付かない様に要注意です
餃子が美味しく、ついつい飲み物が欲しくなります
ドリンクのお値段もそこそのするので要注意です
