この日は、遅めのランチとなり、お腹ペコペコ。
午後の所用は、結構かかりそうで、その後すぐに、いつもながら長尺（3時間ほど）の
インド映画を観る予定もあり、ガッツリ食べることにしました。
今回のお店
◎焼肉 清香苑 別館
店入り口は、階段を登った先の二階にあります。ランチタイムピークを過ぎていたせいか、
客は、わたくし1人のみ。通されたのは、テーブル席で、炭火七輪がセットされていました。
すぐに、冷たい麦茶とおしぼりの提供。
◆ハラミランチ 1200円
まず、3仕切り6角形の器に入った前菜（パンチャン）が提供。
キムチ、ナムル、サラダという内容。
続いて、メインのお肉、ライス大盛り、スープが提供。なかなか、豪華です。
さあ、実食。
ハラミ肉を網に乗せ、焼き上がるまで、パンチャンで、ライスを食べます。これは、美味い。
肉が焼けたところで、タレを小皿に注ぎ、浸して食します。
ところが、このタレ、かなり甘いので、卓上のコチュジャンを足してみると、
ちょうど良い味になりました。
こうなれば、食がじゃんじゃん進みます。
もっと、お肉もライスも食べたくなり、追加注文。
◆カルビ 600円
50gで、4切れ。サシの入った綺麗なピンク色をしており、
見るからに上質。薄めなので、すぐに焼けるので、火力を弱めました。
先程のタレに浸し、食せば、舌の上でとろけそう、とても美味い。
これなら、いくらでも食べられます。
◆ライス 100円
何も言わなかったけど、大盛りでの提供。炊き上がりも良く、ふっくら柔らか。
噛むほどに、米の甘みが感じられ、肉と前菜とも良く合います。
スープは、スパイシーな味。焼肉には、これくらいがいいですね。
これからは、ワシワシと食べ進め、完食。
最後に、烏龍茶をぐいっと飲み干して、ランチを終えました。
あらあら、杏仁豆腐が、来なかったのは、忘れていたのかな？
