南新宿でのランチ。
少し前から目星をつけておいたこちらへ。
12時半頃の訪問で、先客10名弱、後客数名。
いつも店の前を通りかかるときは
中を覗くと満席でしたが、この日は雨の影響か
空席が目立ちました。
店内は大陸中華らしさがあり、思ったより広く、
数十人は入れそうです。
ランチメニューは定食、麺、丼とあって
全部で20種類弱。
定食は6種類あって、そのうち半分ぐらいが
定期的に内容が変わるようです。
お目当ては、沙羅定食。
定食メニューの4種類がつきます。
注文すると「チャーハンね」とお店の人に言われ
あわてて訂正しましたが、きちんと伝わっていたようで
「シャーラァね。おかず4つ」ということで、
店名がチャーハンに空耳するような発音なのだと知りました。
提供は5分ほどで速いです。

沙羅定食。
鶏唐揚げは固定のようで、残り三つは
牛肉黒胡椒炒め、豚肉玉ねぎ炒め、麻婆豆腐。
味は本場らしさがあり、日本に寄せた感じもある。
クセはなく万人受けしそう。
牛肉炒めと豚肉炒めがやや似たような感じだが、
四種類あるといろいろ食べたなぁという感慨があって、
ビュッフェのような気分。
ご飯お替り可で、満腹満足。
