パークハイアット東京を代表するニューヨークグリル&バー。52階からの眺望は圧巻の一言。2フロア分の天高により開放感は抜群、さらに週末は生演奏もありこの上ないラグジュアリーさを味わうことができる。
カクテルは一杯2000円〜。ホテルならではのオリジナルも複数あるほか、ウイスキーやワインなど基本的にはなんでも揃っている。
外国人のグループ利用が多いためフロア全体は賑わっているが、丹下健三の設計とジョン・モーフォードによるインテリアにより作り込まれた唯一性の高い空間では贅沢な非日常を味わえる。
なおゲストは1人2500円のチャージが発生する（宿泊者は無料）。公式HPによると来年1から3月は改装に伴う長期休業とのこと。
