久しぶりの天一。学生時代にはよく八幡山店さんにお邪魔しました。
あの頃ような強靭な胃袋はないですが今日は思う存分いただきたいと思います（笑）
注文は席からQRコードを読みこんで注文。
私はこってりラーメン＆唐揚げ＆小ライスのセットを注文。満腹確定のセットをいただきます。
9分で着丼。
お馴染みのドロドロスープ絡まる麺を啜れば
『あぁ~天一に来たな~』と実感します。
このらーめんにはネギがよく合い、麺と一緒に口に含めばシャキシャキの食感も相まってとても美味しいです。
付け合わせの唐揚げは比較的しっかり揚げたタイプでザクザク食感は楽しいのですが少しジューシーさに欠けました。
ただ本日一番いただけなかったのはライスです！
ボソボソした水分が抜けきったライスはかなりギルティです！品質管理が不十分なのか、そもそも炊き方下手なのかはわかりませんがもうちょっと頑張ってくれると嬉しいですね。
唯一無二のスープは全部飲み干すことはかないませんが十分に堪能させていただきました。
また折に触れて来店したいと思います。
