ここに来たのは何年ぶりかしら。
訪問回数は少ないけれど、懐かしい思い出を残してきた大切なお店。
私たちの焼き鳥屋さんリストin新宿は何軒かあるけれど、その中でもここはしっとり系に入るかしら。
すごく敷居が高いわけではないけれど、落ち着いて食事ができる気取り過ぎないステキな空間。
カウンター席はちょっと狭いけれど、それすら心地よく感じてしまうキッチンとの距離感。
目の前で丁寧に焼かれる串を見ながら、これは私のかしら？と思いを馳せては正解だった時は歓びのあまり心の中でこけこっこーと叫ぶ。それを口に入れた瞬間、美味しさのあまりまたこけこっこーと叫ぶ。
