新宿駅西口地下街で、ファミレス飲み行くにはまだお腹が物足りないかな？ともう一軒。
丸ノ内線寄り小田急エースのラーメン店？に。
カウンターの一番入口寄りに。
飲食店では、入口近くとしてもこういう端っこの方が却って寛ぐ。

タンメンは何種類か有るけど、新宿タンメンというのがこのお店のメニュー全体で一番人気？的に書いてある。
ラーメンに誘惑されていたけど、タンメンのお店なのね。
スープは濃い味めかな？
胡椒掛けたい味？
実際掛けると変わる。
具はもやし、キャベツ、豚肉など？
豚肉は小片でも風味強め。
麺が細麺で、タンメンで意外かも？なんて思ったりする。
細いから早く食べ進まないとそうなる。
炒飯は、箸だと普通の白飯よりほろほろ落ちてしまう位つかめないパラパラ。
餃子の皮は、薄めだけどモチモチしてるかな？
餡は下味しっかりめで、醤油は要らない位。
酢と、偶に辣油や胡椒もで。
