13:30前に初訪問です。
７割近くの入。たんめんのお店と書かれているので、新宿タンメン858円にします。
紙エプロンがあるので、うれしいです。
待つこと5分で着丼。
レビューを読むと麺が柔らかめとのことでしたので、麺かたでお願いします。
確かにそれでもちょうど良いか少し軟目の感じ。カンスイ多めでやや細麺のやや平麺です。
スープは上品めの塩で少し醤油と野菜の出汁ですが、どちらかというと中華料理屋さん的な雰囲気です。野菜たっぷりで、いいですね。
これ750円なら文句なし。
