久しぶりに新宿サブナードにあるPizza Salvatore Cuomo さんで平日ランチをしました。ランチの遅い時間に行ったからかもしれないのですが、かなり空いていました。
注文したのは…

味付はそのものは美味しいのですが、どれも冷めてパサパサしていて、お皿もスカスカになって残り物感があり、かなり残念でした。お客さんが少ない時間だったので、お料理の回転が良くないからなのだろうとは思いますが…。
量を食べたい方にはgoodなのですが、二千円でこの質なら、単品をオーダーして出来立ての熱々を食べた方が断然いいかなぁと思ってしまいました。
新宿野村ビルのサルバトーレさんのランチビュッフェの方が回転が良く温かい状態のものをいただける印象です。
制限時間の設定や価格が結構頻繁に変わる印象なので、口コミの価格は参考程度に受け取った方がいいかなと思います。
