食べログを参考に忘年会のときに使わせていただきました。
手厳しい評価かもしれませんが、
店員のサービスが悪い意味でもどれだけ店全体の評価に響くかがわかる典型でした。
忘年会の予約を一ヶ月前に済ませていたのにも関わらず、まず基本的にオーダーが遅い。
頼んでもモノが全然こない。店員捕まらない。
コース料理でしたが量が少ないのに加え、酒の種類も少なかったです。
観察していて思うに店長の店員の教育に問題があるのではないでしょうか。
周りを仕切らなければならない店長自身があくせく周りを動き回っていて、
忙しいはずなのに手持ち無沙汰な店員が目に付きました。
僕が使わせていただいたときのバイトが悪かったのかもしれませんが、
それでも気持ちよく飲める場所であるべき「居酒屋」としての質は疑わしいです。
裏を返せば店のスタッフのレベル如何で評価はだいぶ変わるお店だと思います。
