新宿PIT INNで
ジャズライブを楽しんだ後に、
同じ建物の2Fで
営業しているタイ料理店、
"クルンテープ"に行ってきた。
飲みたかったチャーンビールが
売り切れだったので、
シンハービールで軽くやってから、
"ガイ ガパオ ラードカオ"こと
ガパオライスを注文。
なかなか辛味の効いたガパオで、
食材の多さも目を引く。
オイスターソースに頼らない
甘味が少ない分、
あまりしつこくないガパオでした。
